Our team will work with client to ensure that the project completes within the project schedule and meets the design specification. As for renovation and modification works,
our team will assist the client to relocate the existing equipment and ensure the system is in working condition.
Our team will also ensure all documents such as design and as - built drawings are submitted
to relevant authorities for approval at the initial and completion of project.
These projects vary from office renovation to data centre renovation, from
commercial buildings to industrial buildings, as well as condominiums.
Maintenance Management
Our Maintenance Management Team carry out maintenance services for offices, data centre and buildings.
The scope of works include:
- Preventive Maintenance
- Routine Maintenance
- Minor repair and Replacement of equipment and parts
- LEW Licencing
- Yearly shutdown maintenance
- Attend to emergency call and fault isolation
We have both comprehensive maintenance contract and budget control maintenance contract
to meet clients requirement.
Our specialised team is capable of handling electrical system, air - conditioning system,
mechanical and heating ventilation, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary works.
